The short version
You are buying a time-limited access pass to the full G1 Pass practice bank. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews on its own. When the time runs out, your account simply returns to the free practice sets.
What you are buying
An access pass unlocks every practice set, Smart Practice, and all hints and explanations for a fixed length of time from the moment of purchase: one week, four weeks, or three months. Passes are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and there is no recurring charge. Buying another pass while one is still active adds its days to your remaining time.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are charged once. Applicable taxes, including Ontario HST, are added at checkout where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Access is a digital service delivered immediately. Your pass activates as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If it has not unlocked after a minute, refresh the page or contact us.
Refunds
Because access is delivered instantly, passes are generally non-refundable once activated. If something went wrong (you were charged twice, the product did not work, or you were charged in error), contact us and we will make it right. Nothing here removes any right you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
