No U-turn is a regulatory sign: a red circle with a line through the turn symbol. This is a yellow diamond, which warns of what is coming rather than banning anything.

Traffic ahead flows clockwise around a central island
The direction is backwards. In an Ontario roundabout you pass the central island on your right, so traffic moves counter-clockwise, and the curved arrows on the sign show that same direction.

A detour around a closed traffic circle is ahead
Detours are temporary condition signs, and those are orange with black symbols. This one is yellow, a standing warning, and the roundabout ahead is open and working normally.
